The Three Pillars of Natural Beauty with Vrindavan
Saundrya
Vrindavan
Saundrya, the modern, consciousness-based revival of the ancient Ayurvedic traditions, considers true beauty to be supported by three pillars; Outer Beauty, Inner Beauty and Lasting Beauty and three-fold beauty of body, mind and spirit. Only by enhancing all three can we attain the balanced state of radiant health that makes each of us the most fulfilled and beautiful person we can be.

Roopa:
The outer signs of beauty - your skin, hair and nails - are more
than just superficial measures of beauty. They are direct
reflections of your overall health. These outer tissues, the twak
dhatu are created by the inner physiological processes involved in
digestion, metabolism through the action of Agni and proper tissue
development. Outer beauty depends more on the strength of your
digestion and metabolism, the quality of your diet, and the purity
of your blood, the rakta dhatu than on external cleansers and
conditioners you may apply.
The
seminar participants get hands-on training in the practices and
were enthralled by the experience. The lessons on ayurvedic
weight management were of particular interest to the participants.
The lectures detailed the types of therapies and procedures
available for weight and shape maintenance.
We
at Vrindavan Saundrya are dedicated to giving you complete
individualized holistic health and beauty care. We do this by
blending traditional Eastern healing and philosophy with modern
Western methods and techniques. Through the science of Ayurveda,
the mother of all holistic health modalities, we determine your
unique Constitution/Prakriti and tailor our services to customize
your specific healthcare and beauty needs. Our seminars are
specially
lauded
with the apt integration of theory and practical lessons.
Inner
Beauty and Lasting Beauty will come when we adopt Ayurvedic
guidelines in our daily life style by following time to time
panchkarma rituals and Kaya Kalpa treatments including spiritual
attainments and upliftment.
The
most touching comment about the time spent at Vrindavan Saundrya during Beauty with Ayurveda course was made by Marie Claire
Brigitte & her colleagues at Nefer-Care from Switzerland who
said, "The ambience and atmosphere at Vrindavan touched us so
much that we believe the intensity of love here can transform
individuals, communities and the environment."
